In order to receive the most accurate and quick response, we ask you to be in front of your computer when contacting our technical support team. We also need the following information:  

Scanner brand & model
Printer brand & model 
Dongle No. (You can find the number under „Keycode entry" or on the label of the hardlock at the USB port or at the parallel port)
Version No. (You can find the number under „Keycode entry" or "About")
Operating System and, if applicable, Service Pack No.

On our update-server you can always find the latest versions of your software.
